The winery writes "Pale straw in colour, fresh, fruity and floral on the nose. The palate is full with delicate apple and pear fruit flavours complimented by smooth velvety bubbles. This wine is perfect served as an aperitif or with salads, fish, white meats and fruit desserts."

Cameron Douglas writes "Bright and fruity bouquet with a layer of autolysis. Aromas and flavours of pears and apples, pith and baked goods with pastries and bread suggestions. Crisp and dry with a firm youthful mousse offering texture, contrast and mouthfeel. Well- made and ready to drink from 2021 through 2023."

Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
