Sourced from the legendary dry-farmed Skeetfield Vineyard and made exclusively from old vine Mendoza clone fruit, this is a rich, concentrated, 100% barrel fermented stunner. It’s a layered, powerful expression with serious texture, complexity and that signature Bish exuberance.

Cameron Douglas MS writes"Striking bouquet with a complex and appealing bouquet of white fleshed fruits and gun flint, apple and new barrel, layers of fine lees suggesting chalk and fresh unroasted nut. Equally complex and delicious on the palate with a crisp and finely textured mouthfeel, acidity is on point carrying a fine lees and saline texture, flavours of white fleshed stone fruits and citrus are persistent adding weight and finesse, complexity comes from the synergies and purity of fruit, spice and nut. Such a well made wine reflecting its vineyard and expert wine making. With a lengthy finish this wine will reward those who invest and cellar. Best drinking from 2024 through 2030+."

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
