Bob Campbell MW writes "A blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc and malbec. Inky, intense red that is jam-packed with cassis, dark cherry, berry, chocolate-mocha, liquorice, charcuterie and smoky oak flavours."
Rebecca Gibb MW writes "The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Helmsman is a rich, full-bodied and seductive Bordeaux blend combining firmness with ripeness. Oak-derived vanillins, spice and a robust structure make for a real mouthful of wine. Savory, spiced and long with ripe plum fruit, black tea leaf and licorice, this is a Kiwi wine that needs bottle age to allow its serious structure to mellow."
James Suckling writes "An inviting nose of pine cone, bark, crushed stone, blackcurrants and blackberries. Medium- to full-bodied with tight tannin structure. Juicy but focused with a fresh quality to the fruit, accompanied by savory spices and herbs. A blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc and malbec."

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
