Notes of nashi pear, green apple and a hint of spice are supported by lively acidity and a subtle mineral edge, reflecting the cool, coastal influence of the Awatere sub-region. Fermented and matured with care to preserve purity and freshness, this Pinot Grisfinishes long and clean, with a gentle savoury note that adds depth and complexity.
