Paritua 'Grace' Sauvignon Blanc is a significant step up from their 'Stone Paddock', and shows delightful passionfruit, lime and melon characters. 100% barrel fermented, there's obvious oak spice that pulls through to a very integrated palate where the smoky grapefruit character shines through. Think of it as a sauvignon for chardonnay lovers, but with much more mouthfilling complexity and texture.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "Fragrant and varietal bouquet with scents of gooseberry and tropical fruits, there’s a definitive complexity and difference is with a leesy organic complexity, stone and clay soil ideas with some older barrel-ferment influences. Dry, complex, satin textures with contrasting acidity, there’s fine tannins and core fruit flavours that reflect the bouquet along with a cape gooseberry and red apple flesh quality. Well made, fleshy, salivating, a touch of salinity and delicious overall. Best from 2025 through 2030."
Candice Chow writes "A serious, well-structured Sauvignon Blanc, barrel-fermented and aged on lees with a creamy palate underlining bright fruit and invigorating acidity, flinty details enriched and provided a lengthy finish."
The winery writes "An enticing aroma of passionfruit, citrus blossom, honeysuckle, lime, and green rockmelon, with hints of quince and vanilla pod. The palate is refreshing showing passion fruit, lemon, lime flavours and subtle oak. There is a linear influence of mineral notes and crisp acidity which gives the wine structure and length. It is an elegant and well-structured wine."

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
