The 2025 vintage was an outstanding one in Kumeu, with warm, dry conditions and moderate yields producing Chardonnay with excellent concentration, richness and texture.

Drawn from six vineyard sites and carefully selected for the Estate label, the 2025 is rich, layered and beautifully composed, with the freshness and precision that have become hallmarks of Kumeu River Chardonnay. The winery rates it among its best Estate releases of the past decade, and while it’s already seriously impressive, there’s plenty of potential for further development in the bottle.

Ripe peach, nectarine and bright citrus fruit lead into a beautifully textured palate, with subtle toasted oak and a touch of savoury complexity. Concentrated and creamy yet wonderfully fresh, with fine acidity providing focus and drive through to a long, polished finish.

Hastings & Napier URBAN areas
$6.99 per case of 12 (or part case).

Spend $450 or more in a single order, and freight drops to $4.99 per dozen (rural surcharges still apply). This does not apply to Outer NZ Deliveries listed below.

Outer Islands (Waiheke Island, Stewart Island etc) 
Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
