We picked up a small parcel of the retired Huia label and have been able to pass on an unprecedented discount. This was not vinted to sell below $20.

Beautifully poised expression of a warm, low-yielding vintage, delivering concentration, purity, and finesse. Fruit was sourced from four organically managed vineyards across Marlborough's Central Wairau, Brancott, and Omaka Valleys. Hand-harvested and naturally fermented with indigenous yeasts, the wine was matured in French oak barriques alongside large-format neutral oak to preserve site expression while adding subtle complexity.

Deep garnet in colour, the nose is perfumed with dark cherry, violet, and warm baking spice. The palate is beautifully layered, revealing ripe black cherry, toasted oak, cacao, and savoury notes of wild thyme. Fine tannins and vibrant natural acidity provide structure and balance, carrying through to a long, elegant finish.

A refined Marlborough Pinot Noir that pairs effortlessly with roast duck, lamb, game, or earthy mushroom dishes, and will continue to evolve gracefully over the coming years.

"Dark cherry skin and wild forest berries, crumbled greywacke stone, dried herb and wood smoke. Dry, taut and youthful on the palate with an initial firm texture from tannins and acidity. As the palate dissolves these and becomes more accustomed to the texture on the third taste a rush of berry flavours emerges to reflect the bouquet and usher in the flavours of Pinot Noir berry fruits, some barrel spices, mid-palate weight and power." - Cameron Douglas MS

Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
