Tasting Notes

Bright, modern chardonnay with juicy peach and nectarine aromas, a touch of citrus, and subtle French oak. Smooth, lightly creamy palate with fresh acidity and excellent balance.
Cameron Douglas MS writes "Ripe, fleshy, varietal and inviting bouquet of wild peach and apple, there’s a layer of citrus and lees, a distinctive mineral quality with shape and form. On the palate a wine of texture and mouthfeel, flavours of citrus and lees autolysis, a fine chalky quality, white peach and a light waxy quality. Plenty of acidity with a light yoghurt MLF note. Balanced, medium-weighted, well made, dry on the finish and delicious. Best drinking from 2024 through 2029+."

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
