This is an exciting new release from one of our favourite Hawke's Bay producers. Made from 100% chardonnay grapes in the Champagne method, this 2021 Blanc de Blancs has a lovely creamy characteristic, that is nicely supported by crisp fruit flavours. The gold foil labels are the icing on the cake.

The winery writes "Made in the traditional method with extended ageing on lees before disgorging. Delivering sophisticated aromas of green apple, citrus and brioche. The palate is crisp with lemon zest, a creamy texture and lively acidity, finishing with hints of almond and minerality."

The bouquet is crisp and fresh, with lemon, white peach, grapefruit, green apple, honey and oat biscuit. A lively frame with intensity, energy and drive to the palate. Racy acidity is paired with a mealy, creamy texture. Light on its feet, with balance and a simple but polished character. The bead of bubbles is persistent to the end, finishing dry and long."

Outer Islands (Waiheke Island, Stewart Island etc) 
Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
