Chateau Garage’s 2024 Bianco is a masterclass in small-batch winemaking, blending the aromatic charm of arneis with the characterful depth of pinot gris. Sourced from the premium Dolce Vista vineyard, this expressive white is crafted with meticulous care: hand-harvested Arneis is barrel-fermented and aged, while pinot gris spends time on skins before pressing to seasoned oak. After 12 months of maturation, the two components are blended to create a wine of remarkable poise and complexity.

Tasting Notes

The winery writes "Arneis and Pinot Gris sourced from the Dolce Vista vineyard. Hand harvested Arneis barrel fermented and aged. Pinot Gris fermented on skins and then pressed to seasoned oak. Blended and bottled after 12 months in barrel. Delicate white flowers and peach, intense citrus with minerality and rich texture."

Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
