Düfte Punkt (“aromas point” if you want to impress your mates) is a single-vineyard field blend of three Germanic heavy-hitters: spicy gewürztraminer, zippy riesling, and the deliciously textural kerner. The result? A glass brimming with tropical fruit, Turkish delight, lychee, mandarin, florals and a fine, fresh mineral streak that ties it all together.

From the Fechner brothers’ legendary Eden Valley patch, this wine is pure sunshine in a bottle - vibrant, fragrant, and built for good times. Crack it open with a gooey cheese platter or take it to your local Thai joint and watch it handle the heat like a pro.

Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "It's fabulously aromatic on the nose, showing pineapple, lychee, apricot, lime peel, and subtle spice notes. The palate is equally appealing with succulent fruit intensity and fleshy texture, splendidly supported by well-pitched acidity, finishing long and tasty. A blend of Riesling, Gewurztraminer Kerner. At its best: now to 2030."
Dave Brookes writes "A vinous tryptic of riesling, gewürztraminer and kerner from the Fechner vineyard in the Eden Valley. Head-spinning aromatics of bath salts, Turkish delight, those wee boiled lollies, citrus fruits, rose petals, pressed flowers, soft spice, pouch tobacco and jasmine. Some nice palate weight and texture here, dialed in nicely with the stony acidity and maybe just a splash of yellow plum as it fades. I really like these sort of styles of wine. Bonza!"

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
