Stunning repeat stunning gris from winemaker Dave McKee. Black Barn are consistently producing top quality wines, and this is a massive staff favourite. Just off dry, it is a lovely example of what great Hawke's Bay Gris should be. This is a must try for lovers of this elegant varietal.

The winery writes"Aromas of fresh nashi pear, citrus blossom and a hint of ginger layered with a hint of creme brulee. The rich, full palate reveals fleshy succulent fleshy notes with a finely textured balance leading into a long finish. A crafted fine food wine."

Additional scents of white flowers, ginger spice and lees layer in shape, form and depth. A dry wine as it touches the palate, flavours reflect the bouquet with white fleshed fruits, spice and harmony with the acidity and alcohol. Well made, taut and youthful."

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
