Bijou has become a real customer favourite around here, and it’s not difficult to see why. Vintage after vintage, this delicious little rosé delivers everything you want from the South of France – pale, dry, refreshing and seriously easy to enjoy.

Inspired by the sun-soaked Mediterranean, the 2025 Terre de Providence is beautifully pale in the glass with lovely aromas of wild strawberry and red berries, fresh citrus and a delicate touch of floral honeysuckle.

The palate is light, crisp and wonderfully refreshing, with juicy fruit balanced by bright acidity and a clean, dry finish. There’s nothing heavy or overly sweet here – just classic French rosé with plenty of charm and that effortless drinkability that has made Bijou such a hit with our customers.

While perfect as an aperitif, pair with simple poultry or shellfish dishes for a match made in heaven.

The winery writes "This is a French rosé without the hefty price tag. And it’s made in Provence! The Bijou Terre de Providence Rosé is a delicately still wine featuring bright aromas of berries, floral honeysuckle and citrus. The palate is light and crisp, rolling over the tongue with frivolity, and ending on a smooth finish. Just like all the rosés on this list, this wine is a perfect aperitif, but, if you must pair it, we recommend a simple poultry dish that’s not too overdone."

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
