B&G Beaujolais-Village is a refined expression of premium Beaujolais with added depth and polish, but still very much about drinkability. The Grand Bouquet 2023 lives up to its name, opening with lifted aromas of fresh red berries, violets, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it’s all about juicy raspberry and cherry, wrapped in soft tannins and a silky, refreshing finish. Light to medium-bodied, but with enough depth to keep things interesting.

Sourced from select villages across Beaujolais, this is a beautifully balanced expression of gamay - vibrant, fruit-forward, and an absolute pleasure wine. We think it's absolutely delicious and we know you'll love it too.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "A lovely dry and fruity red wine with fine needle point tannins and a backbone of acidity framing the core flavours of cherry and raspberry, there’s a fine nettles and dried herb layer. A wine of complexity and charm, floral highlights and crisp varietal finish. Plush and fresh with best drinking from day of purchase through 2028."
The winery writes "This brilliant garnet wine is bright and fresh, with ripe, supple crushed strawberry flavors underscored by zesty nuances of peppercorns, gentle tannins and a clean acidity, finishing on a succulent, refreshing note."

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
