From the exceptional Two Terraces Vineyard in the Mangatahi Terraces of Hawke’s Bay, this Gamay Noir is all about freshness, purity and sheer drinkability. Bursting with fresh strawberries, redcurrants and wild bramble, it’s soft and delicate on the palate with small, fine tannins and a wonderfully juicy feel.

Inspired by Amy Farnsworth’s time working in Beaujolais, a portion of the fruit was vinified using carbonic maceration with whole bunches, while the remainder was destemmed and left untouched during fermentation. The wine was then pressed into a traditional Tinaja (amphora) for ageing, preserving its vibrant fruit while adding subtle texture and complexity.

This is a natural wine - don't be worried if there is a bit of sediment at the bottom or if it's bit cloudy, that's how it's supposed to be!

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
