The Dicey operation is the brainchild of brothers James and Matt Dicey who have both played integral roles in the Central Otago wine scene over the years. They certainly know their stuff and have put that to work to create the Dicey range of wines.

Their 2024 Bannockburn Pinot Gris is dry and loaded with ripe stonefruit notes. It's in great form now but will develop with a few years in the cellar.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "A delicious example with a bouquet of honeysuckle and lemon, green pear and apple. A fine mineral quality and layer of lees ageing adds depth ands complexity. Crisp and just dry with textures from acidity and fruit tannins, lees then fruit spice. Balanced and well made with best drinking from 2026 through 2029."

Spend $450 or more in a single order, and freight drops to $4.99 per dozen (rural surcharges still apply). This does not apply to Outer NZ Deliveries listed below.

Outer Islands (Waiheke Island, Stewart Island etc) 
Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
