Papa Salt's incredibly well-rounded flavour profile celebrates the subtle taste of native Australian botanicals. The gin is bright with a zesty hit of wax flower, hibiscus and citrus peel - which is balanced with subtle hints of Australian wattleseed, a touch of welcome spice from pink peppercorns and completed with the unmistakable minerality from a hint of oyster shell.

A change to the licencing laws means we can no longer advertise discounts on our website that show savings of 25% or more off the recommended retail product price. Products on this site will still be as sharply priced as they have always been. We simply can no longer tell you when savings of over 25% are on offer. North Island and South Island
$9.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
Rural surcharge of $4.99 per case of 12 (or part case).

Hastings & Napier URBAN areas
$6.99 per case of 12 (or part case).

Spend $450 or more in a single order, and freight drops to $4.99 per dozen (rural surcharges still apply). This does not apply to Outer NZ Deliveries listed below.

Outer Islands (Waiheke Island, Stewart Island etc) 
Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
