SERIOUS SPANISH RED AT AN AFFORDABLE PRICE POINT

We fell big time for this boldly weighted, striking of blend of grenache and syrah. Mouth filling and savoury, it is perfectly pitched with syrah having the structure and power to subdue the natural exuberance of the grenache component. The result is harmonious and balanced and the flavours of dark fruits, cedar, coffee and spice live on in the mouth and this wine is showing superbly with perfect bottle age. This is serious, dinner party worthy wine at an affordable price. It comes very highly recommended.

Tasting Notes

The winery writes "Smooth, wide and fleshy on the palate. Full, harmonious and balanced. Aftertaste remains for a long time where as fruity and spicy notes as well as memories of cacao and coffee reappear."
A blend of garnacha (86%), syrah (10%) and mazuela (4%).

Spend $450 or more in a single order, and freight drops to $4.99 per dozen (rural surcharges still apply). This does not apply to Outer NZ Deliveries listed below.

Outer Islands (Waiheke Island, Stewart Island etc) 
Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
