A true expression of the Barossa’s diverse landscapes, the Hill & Valley Cabernet Sauvignon brings together fruit from elevated hillside vineyards and the richer valley floor. The result is a beautifully balanced Cabernet that showcases both elegance and depth.

In the glass, it opens with classic aromas of blackcurrant, dark cherry, and plum, layered with hints of cedar, dried herbs, and subtle oak spice. The palate is medium to full-bodied, offering fine tannins and a smooth, structured finish, with notes of cassis, cocoa, and a touch of savoury complexity.

Tasting Notes

The winery writes "Classic varietal notes of cedar and tomato leaf, aromas of blackcurrant and menthol. A palate of cassis and liquorice is followed by mouth filling tannins, providing great length whilst carrying the blue fruits and subtle cigar box notes."

Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
