Taking everything she adores about Sauvignon Blanc – zingy freshness, tropical vibrance, and floral lift – Jules has crafted a limited-edition sweet wine that sparkles with character.

Golden in the glass and rich on the palate, this luscious drop delivers layers of honeyed apricot, ripe passionfruit, and orange blossom, balanced beautifully by a bright seam of acidity. It’s Sauvignon Blanc, but not as you know it – this one’s been kissed by the late harvest sun and transformed into a concentrated nectar of pure pleasure.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "A pungent and enticing bouquet of candy and ripe tropical fruits, scents of concentrated gooseberry and mango lead to a palate of silky textures and sweetness, flavours of sweet peach and gooseberry, some nettles and candied passionfruit. Delicious, balanced, well made and ready. Best drinking from 2025 through 2030+."
Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "This is magnificently composed and styled, showing dried apricot, honey, orange peel, and warm spice aromas on the nose with an elegant herbal infusion. The palate delivers silky flow and creamy texture, splendidly enhanced by attractive sweetness and beautifully pitched acidity, finishing long and delicious. At its best: now to 2030."
The winery writes "This wine has outstanding aromas of passionfruit curd, apricot jam and caramelised fig with a touch of white floral fragrance. The palate is decadently sweet with concentrated flavours of ripe passionfruit, apricot marmalade and a hint of candied citrus. A soft line of acidity from its Sauvignon Blanc heritage cuts through the sweetness to balance the rich flavours to perfection. Luscious!"
