Red Hut is an exciting new project for long-time Advintage hero Corey Ryan - one of the most celebrated winemakers in Australasia. Red Hut is definitely one to watch.

Crafted from Central Otago’s Lowburn sub-region, this pinot noir is all about vibrant fruit, elegant structure and effortless drinkability. The nose brims with wild cherry, redcurrant and dried thyme, lifted by rose petal and subtle oak spice. On the palate, fine-grained tannins frame layers of red fruits and savoury earth, with silky texture and impressive depth from whole-bunch inclusion. A year in French oak adds polish and finesse, while a long, complex finish hints at its ageing potential.

The winery writes "Aromas of cherry, redcurrant and thyme are underpinned by hints of rose petal and subtle spice. Fine tannins frame the vibrant red fruit, savoury undertones and a touch of earthiness from the whole bunch. The wine is silky and layered in textures with the French oak lending structure and finesse. Bottled unfiltered for purity, expression and ability to age."

Spend $450 or more in a single order, and freight drops to $4.99 per dozen (rural surcharges still apply). This does not apply to Outer NZ Deliveries listed below.

Outer Islands (Waiheke Island, Stewart Island etc) 
Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
