A vibrant green-straw colour in the glass. The perfume is beautifully varietal – more in a stonefruit spectrum, alongside the typical apple and citrus; then ginger, white pepper, and a white flowers top note. A briney acidity is contrasted by the silky texture, the palate quite generous and textural. Layers of spice, crushed-shell minerals, and honey emerge as the glass evolves and expands. The finish is dry, well-balanced and refreshing."
