The autolysis is expressive and precise adding complexity and power. Even more delicious on the palate with a fine even mousse adding its own force and mouthfeel. Flavours from the autolysis and fruit reveal a mix of baked goods, cherry and red apple. Excellent weight and richness with a lengthy complex finish."

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
