Lustau Vermut Blanco is a fresh and floral white vermouth from Jerez that’s perfect if you’re into a drier, more herbaceous style. It’s made from a mix of crisp and nutty Fino sherry and sweet and citrusy Moscatel, giving it a great balance of dry minerality and lifted aromatics.

It’s infused with nine botanicals like chamomile, gentian, rosemary, wormwood and marjoram. Each one is macerated on its own before being blended into the sherry. You’ll pick up notes of orange peel, lemon, fresh herbs, sea salt, vanilla and a soft nutty edge. There’s some sweetness but the finish is clean and bitter with a refreshing lift.

Golden in colour and super easy to enjoy. Serve it over ice with a couple of green olives or stir it into a gin martini for something bright and zesty. A great choice if you’re ready to explore beyond the classic red vermouths.

The winery writes "White vermouth Lustau born for palates seeking a more dry and bitter drink. A perfect blend of two wines: a dry, mineral and crisp Fino sherry and a sweet and floral Moscatel wine. A careful and meticulous selection of botanicals in highlighting wormwood, chamomile or rosemary, make up the secret recipe for the first Vermouth Blanco in the history of Jerez."
