This is dry and elegant Rosé Methode made from 100% pinot noir grapes produced by the longstanding king of New Zealand sparkling wine, Daniel le Brun. With fine, silky mousse texture on the palate, it shows hints of almonds, strawberry and subtle cherry. This comes very highly recommended.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "Hues of rose and pink lead to a bouquet and palate of finesse and charm, with floral highlights of forest rose, then a core of autolysis, cherry and old strawberry fruits. The autolysis also suggests an oatmeal and brioche quality. A rush of mousse as the wine touches the palate brings with it flavours of baked goods and red berries. A dry wine with a crisp backbone of acidity and a soft red berry fruit contrast. Well made, delicious, and ready to drink from day of purchase through to 2029. A wine that could easily become your daily medicine."

N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
