Crafted from botrytised grapes and partially aged in oak, this 2022 release delivers rich layers of honeyed apricot, candied citrus peel and vanilla, lifted by fresh acidity for a clean, elegant finish.

Perfectly sized in a half bottle, it’s ideal for intimate moments or a decadent finish to a meal. Serve lightly chilled and enjoy with blue cheese, crème brûlée, fruit tarts, or simply on its own as a dessert in a glass.

Tasting Notes

The winery writes "Fruity on the nose. Quince aromas shine through, combined with lychee and green apple notes plus a touch of beeswax. Fruity and juicy on the palate with a good structure of acidity and a rounded style. This wine offers up crystallised citrus and green apple notes, with some lighter exotic fruit touches and a hint of orange."

Outer Islands (Waiheke Island, Stewart Island etc) 
Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
