With no sugar added to the dosage, this supremely elegant champagne delights with delicate stone fruit aromas, brioche characters and a long, complex finish. It's crisp, dry and refreshing, making it a wonderful match with fresh seafood. Cameron Douglas MS writes "This is a totally delicious champagne with a complex bouquet of roasted nut and complex lees autolysis, aromas of white fleshed fruits and baked citrus. There’s a distinctive white strawberry and white peach scent. Wonderful expression on the palate with all the scents becoming flavours accentuated by acidity and toasty autolysis. Complex, lengthy and delicious. Great drinking from 2021 through 2029. Fantastic value."

N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
