Cameron Douglas MS writes "A classic bouquet of mineral and white blossoms, a saline and limestone suggestion and aromas of fresh apple and lemon then white peach. Youthful, lively and vibrant. The classic quality continues on the palate presented as a dry wine with medium+ weight, gently creamy with contrasting acidity. Fruit flavours match the bouquet as does the mineral ideas. Balanced, well made and ready to drink from day of purchase through 2029."
The winery writes "Aromatic nose mixing seductive pear and apricot aromas with delicate mineral notes.Serve with Seafood, or white cheeses."

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
