Stephen Wong MW writes "An initial cloak of oak lifts to reveal a taut and zingy style of chardonnay built around its long, sleek core of acidity. The persistent, mid-weight flavours of grilled lemon and yuzu taper down to a grainy finish of wet stone with a lick of salt. Linear, tangy and driven, yet it retains a silken texture which just softens the edges enough to be approachable now."
The winery writes"Aromas of fleshy peaches and crisp pears with fresh citrus notes of lemon and mandarin, lay amongst hints of blossom, thistle and subtle oak sweetness. These aromas carry to the palate where they are harmonised by the delicious salinity, chalky texture and fresh acidity distinctive of its coastal site."

N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
