Four Pillars have crafted this incredibly, refreshing and vibrant gin by using Yuzu Citrus as the hero botanical, which brings a mix of lemon, mandarin, cumquat and grapefruit aromatics – all bright and fresh citrus notes – while the addition of finger lime adds some deeper citrus character.

After further learning from adventures making gin with Japanese friends, The Four Pillars team have also included ginger, turmeric and sencha genmaicha (a Japanese green tea with roasted brown rice) for depth of flavour. A canvas of strong pine-needle juniper, and a bit of lemon myrtle which adds notes of lemon curd.

Spend $450 or more in a single order, and freight drops to $4.99 per dozen (rural surcharges still apply). This does not apply to Outer NZ Deliveries listed below.

Outer Islands (Waiheke Island, Stewart Island etc) 
Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
