Amélie et Charles Sparr Cerisier En Fleurs 2023 is pure Alsace magic. This love-built domaine, (a winemaker’s daughter meets a négociant’s son), delivers a field blend that absolutely sings - bringing together riesling, pinot blanc, and muscat coming together in one seriously expressive wine.

It hits the palate bone dry (under 2g/L RS), slicing through with crisp acidity and stony minerality. It’s vibrant, refreshing, and ridiculously drinkable, with that perfect tension between aromatic richness and laser-sharp structure. We thought it was absolutely delicious!

The distributor writes "A special blend of Riesling, Muscat, and Pinot Blanc from gravel, clay, and limestone soils. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The Riesling gives this wine a notable acidity, keeping it vibrant and fresh with the fruitiness from all three and the floral touch the Muscat brings."

Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
