Paritua are a shining star of Hawke's Bay fine wine production and when you taste this incredible wine you will immediately know why the scores for it are so high. 2112 is Paritua's flagship wine and it is a superb effort. The 2021 is a blend of 69% cabernet sauvignon, 19% cabernet franc and 12% merlot. Sweet fruit flavours and ultra fine tannins combine with a subtle yet lingering power on the palate and a simply extraordinary length. This is New Zealand red at its absolute pinnacle. Cameron Douglas MS writes "A fantastic wine with concentration, complexity, power and presence. Flavours of dark berries, dark plums, cacao and toasty baking spices from wood and bottle settling harmony. A dry full-bodied wine with an equal amount of power and complexity framing the flavours of dark red berries and plums, cinnamon and vanilla, clove and baking spices. An abundance of tannins are polished and along with the acidity frame the fruit and mouthfeel perfectly."

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
