This is a lovely example of premium New Zealand Methode from Louis Vavasour. The current disgorgement is a plush and quite textural style with brioche / baked bread flavours underpinned by fresh citrus. It's mouth filling and complex with fresh acidity leaving the finish clean and bright. It's a very 'Champagne-like' sparkling by New Zealand standards. Recommended.

Cameron Douglas MS writes "Aromas of white peach, white strawberry , a fine lees autolysis with a toasted bricohe and light oatmeal quality. There’s also a light weight minerality and a lifted white flower note. A fine textured mousse with a firm approach touches the palate first; as this eases off the flavours of citrus, apple, white starwberry and peach return. Lush and fresh, balanced and well made."

Crafted by Louis Vavasour and his team, this classy example boasts apple strudel, almond and macadamia flavours, which roll into an exotic, elegant, refined palate showing solid textural length. Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
