Cameron Douglas MS writes "Fantastic bouquet, a wine that just gets better the older it gets. Aromas and flavours of baked apple and white flowers. There’s a mineral chalk-like quality, some wool and white clay then a complex spice and pomaceous fruits core. Delicious with plenty of acidity and freshness, depth, complexity and long finish. Best drinking from day of purchase through 2030+."
The winery writes "Green apple and honeysuckle, with lemon honey and a little vanilla from the oak. Medium-bodied, with a focused, mineral length and flavours of crisp apple, lemon and peach. Made to age gracefully; weight and honeyed flavours will result from cellaring."

Outer Islands (Waiheke Island, Stewart Island etc) 
Freight is $49.99 per case of 12 (or part case).
N.B. Deliveries to Great Barrier Island must be collected from the wharf (No deliveries to individual addresses)

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
