Here’s a proper little gem from Rioja. Smooth and spicy and seriously easy to love. Made from Tempranillo and totally vegan friendly, this Crianza brings all the classic Spanish vibes.

In the glass it pours a deep ruby red. The nose is full of ripe cherry, red plum and blackberry with hints of caramel, cinnamon and a touch of toasty oak. Take a sip and you’ll get juicy pomegranate, mocha, liquorice and cracked pepper all wrapped up in soft tannins and a velvety mouthfeel that lingers nicely.

There’s even a little lift of candied orange peel on the finish. It’s rich and smooth but still bright and beautifully balanced.

Mike DeSimone, Wine Enthusiast, writes "This dark ruby-colored wine has a nose of ripe cherry and caramel. It is bright at first sip, offering velvety tannins and pomegranate, red-plum, milk-chocolate and aniseed flavors. The finish is marked with a note of candied orange peel."

As long as we receive your order before 2.00pm, in most cases your order will be delivered in one - two days if you live in mainland non-rural North Island. Friday orders will be delivered the following Monday. Rural or South Island deliveries take a day or two longer.
