Candice Chow, Raymond Chan Wine Reviews writes "Bright, even, pale yellow with a slight green hue. The nose is pronounced with aromas of lime, lime peels, jasmine, honey and pollen. Medium-full bodied, medium-dry to taste, aromas of lime and mandarin entwined with lime peels, jasmine and honey. The fruit is ripe and fleshy with depth and length; sweetness contributes to weight and counter-balanced the crisp acidity, persisting a lengthy, moreish finish. This medium-style Riesling is well-balanced with a juicy citrus core, depth and long lingering. Match with spicy Asia fare or crispy pork belly over the next 10 years."

The winery writes "This is a medium style wine - we leave the fruit on the vine longer  to develop concentration and a small amount of late harvest character (5% botrytis). This honeycomb flavour is beautifully balanced with fresh citrus characters."
