Candice Chow writes "Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is softly full, with aromas of white floral, pear, golden apple and spice. Medium-full bodied, dry-ish to taste, aromas of Nashi pear and golden apple are crisp, entwined with magnolia and delicate spice. The elegant mouthfeel is silky with delicate fine-textured phenolics, a hint of sweetness broadens the palate. Refreshing and clean acidity flow with poise and carry a long, enticing finish. This elegant pinot gris is sleek and crisp."
Cameron Douglas MS writes "Ripe, varietal, spicy and delicious, a wine with a lovely aromatic bouquet of apples and pears, white spice and most importantly a mineral core. Just dry as the wine touches the palate with core fruits and acidity immediately engaging and salivating. Some fine lees work adds complexity, acidity adds a touch of drama, overall, a delicious wine that is perfect on its own and with food."
The winery writes "Concentrated and expressive, with vibrant aromas of fresh ginger, Nashi pear and tropical fruits. Flavours of fresh pear, stonefruit and spice explode onto the palate, with sumptuous, ripe tropical fruits giving depth and weight. "
