Beautifully composed and harmonious with a lengthy juicy finish. A blend of Pinot Gris & Viognier."

Cameron Douglas MS writes "A refreshing, fruity and exotic fruits bouquet with aromas of white nectarine and green pear, white spice and apricot stone, there’s a fine lees quality adding breadth and enticement. Youthful, fresh and reflecting both varieties. Silky textures touch the palate first with layers of spice and warmth from the alcohol then flavours of white fleshed fruits. Spices and warming alcohol build in weight while acidity offers contrast and freshness."

The winery writes "Our signature aromatic white blend returns for the 2021 vintage. This wine has a lovely bouquet of white peach and pear, hints of a floral aroma, layered with mineral with a fresh palate. A beautiful wine which can be enjoyed as an aperitif or paried with seafood or asian dishes."
