With a history dating back to the 10th century, Chateau Moncontour is one of the oldest wineries in the Loire Valley. Now owned by father and son, Gilles and Christian Feray, Jovly Vouvray is produced from chenin blanc from Chateau Moncontour and Domaine de Vaugondy. This lovely wine is a benchmark example of a classic, medium-style chenin blanc with plenty of floral notes and notes of green apple. A must try for lovers of this varietal.
