91/100 | Mike Bennie, The Wine Front
This delicious barrel fermented, single vineyard Hawke's Bay Chenin Blanc is a stunning expression of the varietal. Winemaker Daniel Brennan has nailed this 2023 release, showcasing flavours of white peach, green apple and cinnamon spice. Complex and creamy, yet bright and vibrant. Well worth a try!

The winery writes "A complex but fruity nose leads with white peach, green apple, and a hint of cinnamon spice. The palate is firm with plenty of fresh pear and crisp lemon tart with a long mineral core. While the fruit is opulent, it also has firm acidity with a lengthy finish resulting in a wine that will drink well young but age for many years to come."
