94/100 'Excellent' | Cameron Douglas MS
The softer (and quite possibly cuter) twin sister to our popular, SQM Methode Traditionelle Brut. This delivers a charming glass of bubbles with the added attraction of being pink!

Cameron Douglas writes "Made with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir aromas of red berries and red apple skin, wild flowers and peach tea. The lees autolysis layers through aromas of spice, whole-wheat bread and some brioche. Fresh, crisp and dry with a developing complexity. Strawberry and cherry, raspberry and flowers. Satin textured mousse adds to a lengthy finish."
The winery writes "This premium quality Methode Traditionelle combines enticing aromas of strawberries and pink guava from the Pinot Noir grapes and citrus and grapefruit from the Chardonnay. Bottle fermented with extended time on lees, 24 months, adding a soft and creamy finish."
