Tasting Notes

The palate is characterised by a nice unctuousness and a frank and vivid sparkle. This sparkling wine is powerful, well-balanced with toasted notes of hazelnut on the finish. Enjoy with seafood and white meat, or combine perfectly with chocolate desserts.

The nose is softly expressive, aromas of apple, stonefruit interweave freshly baked brioche and nougat. Medium-bodied, well-proportioned baked apple, peach, lemon zest entwined with brioche and nougat. The wine is well-balanced with brilliant acidity and weight; the fruit has good intensity and length, enriched by toasty and yeasty autolysis showing brioche and nutty nougat nuance. This is an elegant and poised Methode Traditionelle with vivid scents of apple, stonefruit and balanced toasty autolysis."
