97% tempranillo for fruit flavours, and 3% viognier for aromatic lift.
Cameron Douglas MS writes "Built around Tempranillo fruit from the ‘earth’ and ‘sea’ vineyards and a touch of Viognier delivers a vibrant and exciting bouquet of wild flowers and light red berry fruits and lees complexities suggesting a some natural fruit spice. Dry on the palate with flavours that reflect the bouquet, just medium in weight, a fine satin texture and crisp, saline mouthfeel. Well made with great drinking from day of purchase through mid to late 2026."
Sam Kim, Wine Orbit writes "Delightfully restrained and delicately expressed, the bouquet shows grapefruit, crunchy apple, olive and pomegranate nuances, leading to a finely focused palate displaying bright fruit flavours with vibrant acidity, finishing long and mouth-watering."
The winery writes "A rare, unique rosé made mainly from a traditional Spanish variety planted in our warm and deep Bridge Pa vineyard. Silky and refined, dry and aromatic with elegant, gentle fruit flavours."
