The winery writes "A fuller bodied, creamy yet finely textured rosé that retains good balance and liveliness. On the nose, the wine is fruit forward with vibrant strawberry, pomegranate and ripe red apple and persimmon. The palate is full flavoured, yet finely textured with a subtle sweetness and balanced fresh acidity. This wine is best enjoyed young while the fruit aromas are still vibrant and fresh. Match with a range of fresh salads, seafood, poultry and cold cuts."
