The winery writes "Medium deep crimson. Chocolate, dark cherry, dark plum red liquorice aromas with some aromatic lift. Fresh dark cherry, chocolaty, almost strawberry flavours, fine spicy oak nuances and vigorously long fine almost gritty tannins. Still elemental but the wine has complexity and depth."
