An amazing bargain, that comes beautifully presented in heavyweight, Delas embossed bottles.
This delightful regional blend is a study in easy-drinking French red and enjoys a global reputation for the sheer value for money it offers canny wine buyers. It's soft and mouthfilling with fruity cherry-berry grenache fruit to the fore and a nice backbone of spicy syrah to add extra interest and some underlying spice. Calling it a 'quaffer' undermines the quality in the bottle, but this truly is a world class 'anytime' option by any yardstick. It comes very highly recommended.

The winery writes "Its colour is a deep ruby red, showing garnet reflections while young. With its predominately berry-fruit bouquet, this wine shows the full aromatic power of these two noble grape varieties whilst retaining the freshness imparted by well-controlled wine making."
