Dominique Piron comes from a long line of winemakers from the Morgon region and the family-owned winery focuses on sustainable production of Beaujolais Crus. The steep vineyards of the Fleurie region create wines with character and elegance. This 2021 release is light and fresh and will develop slightly spicy characters over time. A stunning Beaujolais release.

The distributor writes "The aromas are floral and fruity: iris, violet, faded rose, peach. It is advisable to consume slightly fresh Fleurie, around 14 °. It is an elegant and fine vintage, generally described as "feminine". With age, it evolves to spicy notes."
