Château la Fleur de Boüard is a unique, state-of-the-art winery known for producing quality merlot dominant cuvées, and the innovative know-how of Hubert de Bouard has lead to the winery becoming the pillar of the Lalande-de-Pomerol appellation. Crafted from a blend of 80% merlot, 12% cabernet franc, 4% cabernet sauvignon and 4% petit verdot, this 2015 release is silky, ripe, complex and full of fruit charm. The wine was aged for 15 to 18 months in oak barrels to produce silky, elegant tannins.

The winery writes "With an intense and deep color, Fleur de Boüard offers a nose with a hint of red berries, blackcurrant and spices. The wine shows a good structure in mouth, soft and silky tanins. Its elegance and long length make it a vintage that stands out."
