The distributor writes "Manzanilla Sherry is made only in the seaside village of Sanlucar de Barrameda. And like Fino, it is fortified and aged under a veil of naturally occurring 'flor' that prevents oxidation and imparts a nutty character to the wine. With fresh herb and rock salt notes on the nose, this is nicely balanced and seamlessly integrated, finishing on an elegantly crisp note."
