Fortified Muscat is one of the truly world class Australian wine styles and this is clearly a shining example. This unctuous wine absolutely overflows with sweet toffee, raisin characters and the spirit backbone warms your palate as only fortified Muscat can. Heavenly by itself, serve with chocolate desserts, or pour it over ice cream. But prepare to fall in love. We did. It's inevitable.

Tasting Notes
Matured in old oak hogsheads, this Muscat is a mid reddish brown with amber hues. The aroma is a perfumed raisin-fruit bouquet. The palate shows initial sweetness and raisin flavours that linger to reveal hints of toffee, with a beautiful underlying structure of tannin and well integrated spirit. The finish is long and the raisin flavours return and linger in the mouth.
This wine is fully matured and ready for immediate consumption.
